Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons).
We ask that all returned items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached and must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
Although we are not able to refund P&P charges or returns postage, we will not charge to send an exchange item to you. Please note that we advise you to obtain proof of posting as unfortunately we can not be responsible for returns.
